rtf888 operates a mandatory KYC programme consistent with its international gaming authority licence obligations. Identity verification documents — including a valid government-issued identification document — may be required before any withdrawal is processed. Players who fail to complete KYC within the period specified by rtf888 may have their withdrawal requests suspended until verification is completed.

rtf888's aggregate liability to any Player for any claim arising out of or in connection with this Agreement shall not exceed the total net deposits made by that Player to the Platform in the thirty (30) days preceding the date on which the relevant claim arose.
rtf888 does not warrant that the Platform will be available without interruption, error-free, or free from viruses or other harmful components. The Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis.
rtf888 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any Player account without prior notice in the following circumstances:
A Player may request voluntary account closure at any time by contacting rtf888 via live support. Any verified account balance at the time of closure will be refunded to the Player's registered payment method, net of any applicable deductions under this Agreement, within a commercially reasonable period.
The collection, use, storage, and disclosure of your personal information by rtf888 is governed by the rtf888 Privacy Policy, which forms part of this Agreement and is incorporated by reference.
